Receive the red carpet treatment…  together, we will create an extraordinary event, an unforgettable experience!  I will consult with you on what your dream entertainment experience will look like, sound like, feel like – and then go to work on building it.  Crafting a personalized entertainment itinerary, I will coordinate well in advance of your event with your vendors, wedding party members and family to ensure the event runs smoothly with polished presentation.  During your wedding reception, I will direct your reception so you can relax enjoy every moment with all your family and friends.

We will discuss lighting and multi-media options – essentially transforming your entire ballroom with atmospheric and accent lighting that will amaze your guests as they first enter your reception.  We will also discuss custom introduction and formal dance montages, which will set your Grand Entrance and formal dance apart from all others.  Tears of joy and laughter, guaranteed.

During our planning process, you will be given access to my exclusive Wedding Presentation Notebook, which will provide you with over 250 (and counting!) unique and creative ideas to make your reception stand out from the rest.  We will conduct a site visit and discuss lighting, proper sound reinforcement, optimal layout, flow, and rehearse a few of the more detailed presentations.  I will even coach you on the transitions to ensure you both look like superstars on your wedding day.  You will be ensured peace of mind weeks prior to your wedding, as everything is accounted for in our confirmation meeting two weeks prior.
